No matter the time of year, when Grandma comes to visit, the sun shines. Another beautiful, sunny day and we went down to Deception Pass. We made a quick detour to Taylor Shellfish Farms to check out the oysters. They were pretty neat... but quite smelly.
After walking across the bridge, we got to the beach at Deception Pass. Great sand!
The kids had fun digging in the sand, I hung out on the logs, and Dan and Grandma took a nap. A pretty nice day.
