For Alice's 6th birthday party, we got creative and went to a paint your own pottery store. The kids each chose a ceramic piece from the shelf.
Then they got serious and started painting.
I was impressed with their ability to focus on the task at hand.

Alice was quite pleased with her snail.
Henry was glad that Alice invited another boy. Owen and Henry had fun together at the party.
Happy girls.
Works of art! They'll be fired this week and I'll be able to pick them up and deliver to the kids next weekend.
Then it was time for presents.
And ice cream sundaes! All the kids had "the works" - chocolate sauce, whipped cream, M&Ms, and gummy worms.
A fun party indeed.
