We tried something new this year. We let Alice pick her own costume...
She was the Queen of Death.
I was a little scared.
We enjoyed a spooky Halloween feast with our friends, complete with chocolate covered brain bits and bloody hands.
Then it was time to trick or treat. Henry was an electrical outlet. He wasn't happy that he wasn't "scary" but I think his little sister more than made up for him. Our family was well-represented on the "scary" factor.
Which is more scary? The red eyes...
Or the black...
In the end, Henry didn't care. He was just happy to finally dig into all that candy.
