Tonight at dinner, Jay and the kids were having a lively discussion about gross things to eat. Jay brought up that some people even eat chocolate covered ants. Alice thought he meant "aunts" and was quite interested in why someone would do such a thing. "Is it just because she's covered in chocolate that makes it okay?"
The kids had a great time with their Uncle Jay this week. Hard to see him go, but we're really looking forward to spending time with the whole family in Alaska this July. We'll have to make sure that Aunt Elise stays away from the chocolate.
