Raven's Edge Dual Slalom

To close out this year's ski season, Henry competed in his first-ever race, The Raven's Edge Dual Slalom. "Open to all skiers and snowboarders, ages 8-80. High-intermediate to advanced skills recommended. Single pole slalom with break-away poles. Two parallel courses, simultaneous starts. Results based on total time of two runs."

And the total of two runs for Henry? Fourth place in his age group! He was very pleased with his results and made sure to note that the boy who took third was only four seconds faster than him. We're incredibly proud of our skier.

One more race tomorrow. He's already in bed, getting well rested for his second big day up on the mountain.
