As someone who frequently checks the weather forecast, I was prepared for a rainy, dreary Saturday. However, much to my delight, 90% chance of precipitation turned into beautiful, sunny skies.
Our neighbors invited us to go on an outing and it was a perfect day to hang out at Sandy Beach.
Henry, Alice, and Merrick searched for rocks and shells, they skipped rocks (Henry's personal best was six skips!), and they played with logs in the water.
It's fun to be a kid.
