Dahlias And The Macro Setting

Tonight was the annual picnic for Dan's work. The kids loved it - there was a bouncy house, a clown who made balloon animals, another clown with face paint, crafts, volleyball games, flying frisbees, and lots of desserts. The Schwan's man was even there and we got to pick any ice cream we wanted. Yum! I had an orange sherbet push-up. Ahhh... memories of childhood.

Alice had a cat painted on her arm. She was a little skeptical.

But happy with the results. Henry had an orca whale painted on his arm.
After chatting with Dan's co-workers and then stuffing ourselves with hotdogs, salmon, salads, and dessert, we took a stroll through the gardens nearby.

I love dahlias. And I love the macro setting on my camera.

So many dahlias. I had to include all of them.
