My friend Nicole is experiencing the joy of living in a house with some acreage. She has a huge, beautiful garden and she also has poultry. Lots of poultry. Some of the chickens are layers, some are roasters.... but they all have names!
We had a great time at The Farm today. Henry even took some lessons on how to be a chicken wrangler and he did pretty darn good rounding up the boys. Nicole wanted to separate the boys seeing as the girls needed a break. You know how it is...

The baby turkeys (named Thanksgiving and Christmas), ducks, and geese were cute and fuzzy. We'll have to check back in a couple of weeks and see how life on The Farm is going. Maybe even taste some of the roasters... As long as we don't have to discuss the name of what we're eating, we'll be okay.
